Job Responsibilities
· Testing and monitoring flowing wells and transferring fluids
· Recording data
· Rigging in and out of equipment
· Perform preventative maintenance on all Frac Flowback equipment to ensure all units are in a safe and proper working condition
· Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) typically a 21 day on and 7 day off schedule
· Supervise and direct up to 5 employees
· Work in an environment with exposure to noise, dirt, dust, variable temperatures and inclement weather
· Lift, lower, push, pull, leverage and manipulate Frac Flowback tools and equipment
· Bend, stoop, crouch, squat, climb, stand, walk and turn/pivot up to 12 hours per day
· Work cooperatively in a diverse work environment
· Comply with all safety related training and programs
Qualifications
· Proven oilfield and Frac Flowback operations knowledge
· Previous day or night supervisory experience
· Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record
· Ability to follow directions and routines
· Manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
· Effective verbal and written communication
· Adapt well to ever changing climate and operational conditions |
